The WAFB site just published a report that reveals red shirt freshman DB Javien Toviano was arrested on a "video voyeurism" charge: accused of using a "hidden camera to film himself having sex with the victim without that person's consent...":
BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - An LSU football player has been arrested on a video voyeurism charge, according to arrest documents.
Deputies said the suspect is Javien Toviano, 19. He is currently a cornerback for the Tigers.
According to the arrest report, Toviano is accused of using a hidden video camera to record himself having sex with the victim without that person’s consent.
The victim told investigators that she was able to locate two videos on Toviano’s iPad, the arrest report stated. Authorities added that the videos were allegedly taken on July 5, 2024, and July 6, 2024.
Authorities said they executed a search warrant and discovered three videos on the iPad. The arrest report states that investigators were able to identify Toviano and the victim in the videos.
WAFB has reached out to LSU Athletics officials about Toviano’s arrest for a comment
UPDATE
Additional information has come to light from Wilson Alexander of the Advocate, reporting that Toviano was suspended by Head Coach Brian Kelly on Sunday, shortly after he turned himself in after an arrest warrant was issued, before being booked & released within the same day.....this wasn't the first time Toviano did something like this, either:
The victim was filmed with a hidden camera before without her knowledge by Toviano, as well, another situation where this woman confronted him.
It was a quiet offseason for Toviano thus far, a former 5 star & freshman starter in 2023, looking to iron out a starting cornerback spot, now will take no part in Fall Camp, only just 10 days away and throws his once promising LSU future into jeopardy.

I know the old adages innocent until proven guilty and everybody deserves second chances, but today these young men have the advantage of education as to how they should conduct themselves and NIL to boot. The process will play out, but I have moved on from him as aTiger I have hopes for.
